SAMPLE · A planning circle with a practical purpose

About this Event

3 October 2026 · Fictional federation-level report Representatives in this sample planning circle compared ideas for a small library, a skills table and a community garden. Each team described one manageable activity and the support it would need. The discussion focused on clear responsibilities rather than a long programme list. Participants prepared a simple note covering a coordinator, materials, timing and follow-up. They also considered how a new volunteer could join without needing prior experience. The session closed with an exchange of draft plans. This invented report demonstrates a federation-level entry with its own language copy and image; it records no actual meeting or commitment.
